Shop & Seek is operated by Collector's Haven LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, register for events, apply as a vendor, or subscribe to our communications.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following information when you interact with our website:
- Registration Information: Name, email address, and party size when you RSVP for an event.
- Vendor Information: Business name, contact information, social media links, descriptions, and related application details.
- Contact Information: Information you provide when submitting a contact form or requesting assistance.
- SMS Information: U.S. mobile phone number and consent records if you explicitly opt in to receive text messages.
- Security and Consent Evidence: Short-lived abuse-prevention records and, when you opt in to SMS, a hashed network identifier and basic browser information used to document and protect the consent record.
- Website Performance and Interaction Data: A sampled set of Core Web Vitals, route, device class, release revision, and aggregate form or CTA outcomes. We do not include the names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text you enter in telemetry, and this monitoring does not use a persistent device identifier or analytics cookie.
How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Operate, manage, and promote our events and website.
- Send email confirmations, event updates, and newsletters if you have subscribed.
- Send SMS updates and reminders if you have explicitly opted in.
- Process and review vendor applications.

Mobile Information & SMS Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We collect SMS consent in two distinct categories to give you control over the messages you receive: Informational updates (such as RSVP confirmations, event reminders, and logistical updates for events you select) and Promotional updates (such as upcoming market announcements and offers). You may opt into either, both, or neither.
Limited information may be processed by service providers acting only on Shop & Seek’s behalf to operate the website and messaging program. Those providers are contractually obligated to protect this information and may not use it for their own marketing.
If you have opted in to receive text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of all Shop & Seek SMS messages, or reply HELP for assistance.
Data Retention & Security
We implement reasonable security practices to protect your information. Event RSVP records are scheduled for deletion 18 months after the event. Contact messages and vendor-alert requests are scheduled for deletion after 24 months unless an ongoing relationship requires them. Active SMS subscriber records are kept until you opt out or ask us to delete them, while SMS consent and opt-out history may be retained for up to five years to document your choices and meet legal obligations. Short-lived rate-limit and duplicate-submission records expire automatically. Performance and aggregate interaction logs are scheduled for deletion within 90 days.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the method below. You may also unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message to withdraw your SMS consent.
